Understanding Your Bill
Financial counselors are available to answer your questions before and during your visit to Benefit Health. We also offer a handy guide to help you understand your bill.
Physician Charges
Because our affiliated physician practice management organization, Benefit Medical Group, employs our doctors,you may receive a separate bill from Benefit Medical Group for physician or professional services.
Consultation Charges
If your attending doctor consults with other physicians, you may receive a separate bill for those services, even if you didn’t meet the consulting physician in person.
Hospital Department Charges
If you had tests, X-rays or other services, you'll see those charges listed by the department name. Examples include Laboratory Services, Radiology & Imaging Services and Nutrition Services.
Pay Your Bill Online
Use our secure online bill pay form to pay bills for medical services you receive from Benefit Hospital East, Benefit Hospital West or Benefit Medical Group practices.
