Patient Satisfaction Reports
These measures tell you how patients responded to questions on a national, standardized survey of hospital patients asking about their experiences during a recent inpatient stay in one of our hospitals. Information from the survey, called the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems or HCAHPS Survey, is adjusted to take into account differences in patient population and data collection methods.
